Can I Return or Exchange a Product?

NO returns & NO Refunds unless otherwise approved. To be eligible, your purchase must be Defective or unused and in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. 


Step 1- email hello@crysp.co with your order information and what you would like to return. 

Step 2- We will send you instruction on where to return your item(s). 

Step 3- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your exchange. If you are approved, a credit will be applied to your account.
